Patellofemoral Disorders
A 17-year-old girl presents with recurrent patellar dislocations, having experienced 4 episodes over 2 years. She has positive apprehension test and increased patellar translation. MRI shows MPFL avulsion from the medial femoral epicondyle with healed osteochondral changes. CT shows normal tibial tubercle-trochlear groove distance and mild trochlear dysplasia (Dejour Type A).
