A 22-year-old professional soccer player is 9 months post-ACL reconstruction using bone-patellar tendon-bone autograft. He has full range of motion, no effusion, and reports confidence in his knee. Isokinetic testing shows quadriceps strength 85% of contralateral limb. Single-leg hop test is 88% of contralateral. He is eager to return to full training.
