Shoulder Instability Surgery

Shoulder Instability

A 22-year-old rugby player presents with recurrent anterior shoulder dislocations. He has had 5 dislocations in 2 years, each requiring reduction. CT scan with 3D reconstruction shows 18% glenoid bone loss and an engaging Hill-Sachs lesion. The ISIS (Instability Severity Index Score) is 7 points. He wishes to return to contact sport.
