Acetabular Fracture Management

A 45-year-old man is brought to the emergency department after a high-speed motor vehicle collision. He has severe left hip pain and is unable to move the leg. Plain radiographs show disruption of the ilioischial line and iliopectineal line with incongruity of the hip joint.
