Foot Trauma
A 35-year-old construction worker falls 4 meters from a ladder and lands on his feet. He presents with bilateral heel pain, unable to bear weight. Examination reveals significant heel swelling, ecchymosis extending to the sole (Mondor sign), and loss of normal heel contour.
