Distal Radius Fracture Management

Upper Limb Trauma

A 65-year-old woman presents after a fall on her outstretched hand. Radiographs show a displaced distal radius fracture with 25 degrees of dorsal tilt, 5mm of radial shortening, and intra-articular extension with a 3mm step.
