Intercondylar Fractures
A 45-year-old right-hand-dominant female falls from a ladder, landing on her outstretched hand with the elbow flexed. She presents with a swollen, deformed elbow. Radiographs reveal a comminuted intra-articular distal humerus fracture with separation of both condyles from the shaft and from each other.
