Pelvic Trauma
A 45-year-old man is brought to the emergency department following a motorcycle crash. He is hemodynamically unstable with a blood pressure of 80/50 mmHg and heart rate of 130 bpm. Primary survey reveals a distended abdomen and pelvic instability on gentle AP compression.
