Foot and Ankle Fractures
A 28-year-old man presents after a fall from height landing on his feet. He has severe pain and swelling around the ankle with inability to bear weight. The foot appears shortened and in equinus. Radiographs and CT scan reveal a displaced talar neck fracture with subluxation of the subtalar joint but the tibiotalar joint remains congruent.
