Tibial Plafond Fracture Classification

Ankle Fractures

A 42-year-old man falls from scaffolding, landing on his feet. He presents with a severely swollen and deformed ankle. Radiographs show a comminuted distal tibial articular fracture with metaphyseal extension and fibular fracture.
