Knee Trauma
A 55-year-old man is struck by a car while crossing the street. He presents with a painful, swollen knee with deformity. Radiographs reveal a bicondylar tibial plateau fracture with depression of the lateral plateau and involvement of the medial plateau with metaphyseal-diaphyseal dissociation.
