Tibial Plateau Fracture Treatment

Knee Fractures

A 52-year-old woman is struck by a car while crossing the street. She presents with a swollen, painful right knee. Radiographs reveal a depressed lateral tibial plateau fracture with greater than 5mm of articular depression. CT scan confirms the depression with a split component and intact medial plateau.
