Lower Limb Trauma
A 55-year-old woman is struck by a car as a pedestrian and sustains a right knee injury. Examination reveals a swollen, painful knee with limited range of motion. Radiographs and CT scan reveal a depressed lateral tibial plateau fracture with greater than 10mm of articular depression and an associated split component.
