Primary Bone Tumours
A 28-year-old man presents with a 2-year history of slowly progressive anterior leg pain and a palpable mass. X-ray shows a well-defined, multi-loculated, eccentric lytic lesion of the anterior tibial cortex with surrounding sclerosis. The lesion extends over 10cm in the diaphysis. MRI confirms cortical-based lesion without significant soft tissue extension. Biopsy shows nests of epithelial cells within fibrous stroma. Regarding adamantinoma:
