Benign Lesions
A 14-year-old girl presents with progressive knee pain and swelling over 3 months. Radiographs show an expansile, eccentric, lytic lesion in the proximal tibia metaphysis with a thin shell of periosteal new bone. MRI reveals multiple fluid-fluid levels within the lesion.
