Benign Bone Tumor Principles

Bone Tumors

A 22-year-old man presents with a painless hard mass near his right knee that has been present for several years. He first noticed it during adolescence and feels it has not changed recently. Examination shows a non-tender, fixed, bony hard mass arising from the proximal tibia metaphysis.
