Chondromyxoid Fibroma - Diagnosis and Management

Bone Tumors

A 25-year-old man presents with a 6-month history of mild knee pain. Plain radiographs demonstrate an eccentric, well-defined lytic lesion in the proximal tibial metaphysis with endosteal scalloping and a thin sclerotic rim.
