Clear Cell Chondrosarcoma

Bone Tumors

A 38-year-old man presents with a 2-year history of progressive hip pain. Radiographs show a well-defined lytic lesion in the proximal femoral epiphysis with a narrow zone of transition and faint intralesional calcification.
