Desmoid Tumor (Aggressive Fibromatosis)

Soft Tissue Tumors

A 28-year-old woman presents with a slowly enlarging, firm mass in her anterior abdominal wall, first noticed 6 months postpartum. She reports it is painless but has been growing steadily.
