Soft Tissue Sarcomas
A 58-year-old woman presents with a painless 8cm mass in her thigh that has been slowly enlarging over 6 months. MRI shows a deep-seated soft tissue mass with heterogeneous enhancement. Core needle biopsy reveals spindle cells with cigar-shaped nuclei and eosinophilic cytoplasm.
