Soft Tissue Sarcomas
A 60-year-old man presents with a large, slowly growing mass in his left thigh that he first noticed 2 years ago. MRI shows a 15cm predominantly fatty mass in the deep compartment with some non-lipomatous areas. Biopsy reveals a lipogenic tumor with some areas of spindle cell proliferation.
