Non-Ossifying Fibroma

Benign Bone Lesions

A 12-year-old boy presents with incidental finding of a lesion in the distal femur on radiographs obtained after minor trauma. The lesion is eccentric, metaphyseal, and shows a well-defined sclerotic border with a "soap bubble" or multiloculated appearance. There is no periosteal reaction or soft tissue mass.
