Shoulder Trauma
A 28-year-old cyclist falls directly onto his left shoulder. He has pain and a visible bump over the top of the shoulder. Examination reveals tenderness over the AC joint and increased clavicle mobility with cross-body adduction. Radiographs show 150% increase in coracoclavicular distance compared to the uninjured side.
