Coronoid Fracture

Elbow Trauma

A 42-year-old woman presents after falling onto her outstretched hand. She has severe elbow pain, swelling, and inability to move the joint. CT shows a fracture involving 50% of the coronoid height with comminution of the anteromedial facet.
