Elbow Fractures
A 72-year-old woman falls onto her outstretched hand and sustains a closed injury to her right elbow. Radiographs show an intra-articular distal humerus fracture with comminution of both columns and involvement of the trochlea. CT scan confirms bicolumnar fracture with articular fragmentation.
