Wrist Trauma

A 58-year-old woman presents after falling onto her outstretched hand. Radiographs show a displaced intra-articular distal radius fracture with dorsal comminution, radial shortening of 5mm, dorsal tilt of 25 degrees, and articular step-off of 3mm.
