Elbow Trauma
A 35-year-old man presents after falling onto an outstretched hand while mountain biking. His elbow is swollen and held in flexion. Radiographs confirm a posterolateral elbow dislocation. After closed reduction under sedation, the elbow is concentrically reduced but on examination, there is gross valgus instability.
