Elbow Trauma
A 35-year-old woman falls from a ladder onto her outstretched hand with elbow in extension. She presents with severe elbow pain, swelling, and deformity. Radiographs after reduction show a radial head fracture (Mason type II), a coronoid tip fracture (Regan-Morrey type I), and lateral ulnohumeral widening suggesting lateral collateral ligament injury.
