Elbow Stiffness Management

Elbow Disorders

A 35-year-old man presents 6 months after a terrible triad elbow injury treated with ORIF of the coronoid and radial head replacement. Despite diligent physiotherapy, his elbow range of motion is limited to 45-100 degrees with a hard end-feel in flexion. He struggles with activities of daily living.
