Frozen Shoulder (Adhesive Capsulitis)

A 52-year-old woman with type 2 diabetes presents with progressive right shoulder pain and stiffness over 8 months. She now has difficulty with daily activities such as reaching behind her back and overhead. The pain is worse at night.
