Elbow Tendinopathy
A 42-year-old office worker presents with 6 months of lateral elbow pain. The pain is aggravated by gripping, lifting with the palm down, and typing. She has no history of direct trauma. Examination reveals tenderness over the lateral epicondyle, pain with resisted wrist extension, and positive Mill's test (pain with passive wrist flexion with elbow extended).
