Radial Head Fracture Mason Classification

Elbow Fractures

A 45-year-old woman falls on her outstretched hand and presents with lateral elbow pain. Radiographs show a displaced radial head fracture with three major fragments involving more than 30% of the articular surface. The elbow is stable to valgus stress and there is no wrist pain.
