Rotator Cuff Tear Management

Shoulder Disorders

A 58-year-old right-hand dominant carpenter presents with 6 months of progressive right shoulder pain and weakness. He has difficulty with overhead activities and night pain. Examination shows weakness of external rotation and abduction with a positive Jobe test and lag signs.
