Shoulder Pathology
A 45-year-old tradesman presents with 6 months of progressive right shoulder pain, worse with overhead activities. He has difficulty sleeping on the affected side. Examination shows a painful arc between 60-120 degrees of abduction, positive Neer impingement sign (pain with forced forward flexion with scapula stabilized), and positive Hawkins-Kennedy test.
