Elbow Injuries
A 35-year-old male weightlifter presents after feeling a sudden pop in his posterior elbow while performing a bench press. He reports using anabolic steroids. Examination reveals swelling over the posterior elbow, a palpable defect proximal to the olecranon, and inability to extend the elbow against gravity. There is bruising tracking down the forearm.
