A Baker's cyst is a fluid-filled swelling behind your knee. Learn about symptoms, causes, when treatment is needed, and why it's usually a sign of another knee problem.
đŦWhat Causes It?
- Knee arthritis (most common cause - fluid from arthritic joint pushes into cyst)

đĄī¸Prevention
- âMaintain healthy knee function with regular exercise
