đŦWhat Causes It?
- Repetitive hand or wrist movements, especially with the thumb
- Direct injury to the wrist or thumb
- Inflammatory conditions like rheumatoid arthritis
- Hormonal changes during pregnancy or menopause
- Chronic overuse from activities like gardening, racquet sports, or lifting babies

You may be at higher risk if:
- Women between 30-50 years old (most common)
- New mothers (from repetitive lifting and holding of babies)
- Jobs or hobbies requiring repetitive hand and wrist movements
- History of wrist injury
